Our 30-days satisfaction guaranteed is only applied to the products
that are purchased directly from our online store (www.pixelmagicsystems.com).
If you decide to return the product, please email us at info@pixelmagicsystems.com
or call us at +852 2655 6700 within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You will be given a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), and this number
should be marked clearly on the outside of the return package. All
return products should be returned in the original packaging.
Once the return good arrives, we will scrutinize it to ensure that
the goods are in original condition with full accessories.
Upon a satisfactory inspection, we will refund your original
purchase price (excluding shipping cost and 15% of restoring fee).
Shipping is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fee may apply,
and that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. You are responsible
for all shipping charge and the risks and damages to the product while in transit to us.
RAN is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Shipping and Handling/Risk of Loss
Applicable to the Products Prices already include shipping and handling.
It is our discretion to select a reputable carrier (currently UPS Express/FedEx)
and appropriate means of shipment. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit
is bear at the buyer responsibility. In the event of product is damage or lose during
transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

If necessary, the CS Rep will set up a RAN and instruct you on carrier pick-up.

Re-pack the goods with all of its original packaging, arrange
to have it shipped to Pixel Magic Systems. It is recommended to insure your shipment

Once your product is received and inspected, we will credit
you on the full product price (excl. shipping and 15% restoring fee) on your next billing cycle.
