  6. How do I know if my payment has gone through?

    You will receive a WorldPay transaction confirmation email showing details of the purchase you have made, including a purchase Transaction ID.

    If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact us immediately, and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will be able to track your order and arrange a refund. If necessary, we will answer any other queries you have about your order.

  8. What is the delivery lead time?

    Typically, orders will be processed within 24 hours providing that customer transaction details and shipping information are completed. Goods are normally delivered by our appointed carriers, and arrived to your doorstep within 2-7 working days.

    You can track the status of your product shipment at any time during and after delivery. Simply visit UPS www.ups.com or FedEx www.fedex.com (Pixel Magic carriers) and input your shipment tracking number (your tracking number will be sent by us when we process your shipment).

  10. Is your price included delivery charge?

    Most of the product price is not including shipping charge except Crystalio. Crystalio is the only package that the delivery charge is included. Shipping quotation for other products can be obtained from our online store, once you have clicked checkout function.

    Don't worry. Your destination is not exists in our menus doesn't mean that we can't sell our products to you. Please send us an email to sales@pixelmagicsystems.com, and specify your order requirement and payment details, we will process your order within the date of receipt.

  17. What's the repair return procedure during warranty period?

    1. Send us an email at info@pixelmagicsystems.com for your Repair Return Request
    2. We will send you Repair Return Confirmation Number then.
    3. Repack product with all of its original packaging, and arrange to have it shipped back to Pixel Magic Systems (Note: Pixel Magic Systems Ltd recommends that you insure your shipment). You are responsible for all shipping costs.
