BT656-Pro converts the standard parallel BT656 digital video signal generated by the MPEG decoders of DVD players or set-top boxes to SDI (Serial Digital Interface) signal for video signal transmission in order to avoid unnecessary digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital conversions which will cause video quality loss. SDI helps keep it digital from the source to the video processor/scaler then on to the digital display.
This provides the best picture quality available.

Warning: It is assumed that the users have fully understood the pin assignment of the MPEG-2 decoder and have the skill to do the modification. Pixel Magic Systems Limited is not responsible for any damage caused during the modification.

If you would like to have your equipment modified by a professional, many of our dealers offer that service - see our 'Dealers & Partners' section for more details.
